Handcrafted blue corn tetela stuffed with Oaxacan cheese and seasonal mushrooms, served over roasted tomatillo salsa with crema, queso fresco, and crispy epazote

Brisket ahumado
Slow-smoked USDA Prime brisket glazed with its natural jus, served with creamy nixtamalized beans, roasted seasonal vegetables, and salsa tatemada.
Pastel azteca
Layers of roasted poblano peppers, handmade corn tortillas, Oaxaca cheese, roasted vegetables, and salsa verde, baked until golden and served with crema and fresh herbs.
